"The star rating is based off the service of not only this agent, but as well as the company overall. The attitude of the agent and the condescending tone she uses is inexcusable. She start off caring, then when not interested in other services it changes. When I first started a policy with the company I recently purchased a home. There were tons of people calling everyday to get me to purchase something. None of that is on my mind, my mind was focused on getting settled. Long story short I have ended up coming out of thousands of dollars and premium being raised over $1,000 just because I didn’t bundle or as she said “not communicating”. I came to State Farm due to every member in family has home owners with this company. I just so happened ended up with a not so great agent. 0/10 would not recommend. When this policy ends I will definitely be going somewhere else."
